  • Product Display: We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your device’s display.
  • No Medical Claims: Our products are natural cosmetics, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, or treat any medical condition.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • Order Confirmation: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
  • Right to Refuse: We may refuse, cancel, or limit quantities for any order at our discretion.
  • Pricing: Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Resale Prohibited: Purchases are for personal use only. Reselling our products without written permission is prohibited.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Accepted Methods: We accept online payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide updated, complete, and accurate billing information.
  • COD Orders:
    • COD may require additional verification.
    • If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, future orders may require prepayment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in that policy.

Key points:

  • We ship within the UAE only.
  • Risk of loss transfers once the order is handed to the courier.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
By purchasing from us, you agree to that policy in full.

Allergy Notice: Individual sensitivities vary. We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions, as ingredients are fully disclosed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content—including text, images, branding, graphics, and product descriptions—is the property of House of Argan.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
  • You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Comments, Reviews, and Submissions

  • Any comments, ideas, or feedback you send us may be used by House of Argan for marketing or improvement purposes.
  • You agree that your submissions do not violate any rights of third parties.
  • We will never post customer photos or videos without your consent.

8. Allergy, Sensitivity & Usage Disclaimer

  • Our products contain natural ingredients. Always perform a patch test before full use.
  • House of Argan is not responsible for skin reactions due to specific sensitivities.
  • Our products are for external use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

House of Argan is not responsible for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products
  • Misuse of the products
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Losses caused by courier delays or delivery issues

Your use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing, product details, or availability) and to cancel any affected orders.
