Shipping Policy

At House of Argan, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with the highest level of care. Please read the details below for our delivery process and timelines.


1. Shipping Zone

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only (all 7 Emirates):
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.


2. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: AED 15
  • Free Shipping: Orders over AED 250 qualify for free standard shipping

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time may vary depending on payment method and order volume, however we always try our best to deliver as fast as possible.

A. Online Payment Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Mostly Next-Day Delivery
  • In some cases, delivery may take 2–3 days

B. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 days
  • We always try our best to deliver next day, depending on courier availability and location

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1 business day
  • Orders placed after 3 PM are processed the next business day
  • No processing on weekends or UAE public holidays

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation message which may include:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking number (if applicable)
  • Expected delivery window

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees will apply
  • House of Argan is not responsible for packages lost or marked as “delivered” by the courier — customers must contact the courier to open a claim
