Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: December 5, 2025

At House of Argan, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our 100% natural Moroccan products. Due to the personal nature of skincare items and for strict health and safety reasons, please read our return and exchange policy carefully.


1. General Return Conditions

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based on: Change of mind, Dissatisfaction with natural scent or texture, or mild reactions that are not allergic (as ingredients are fully disclosed)

Timeframe: Notify us within 7 days from the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Once the seal is broken, the item becomes strictly non-returnable.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email support@houseofargan.ae with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage.
  • Upon approval, you will receive either:
    • A replacement of the same item, or
    • A full refund including original shipping costs.

Additional verification may be requested to prevent misuse.


B. Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days.
  • We will collect the incorrect item and send the correct one at our cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used products (even if only tested once)
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale and promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible:

  1. Email support@houseofargan.ae
    Subject: Return Request – [Order Number]
  2. State the reason (damaged or wrong item)
  3. Attach photos
  4. Our team will review and provide next steps

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If approved, we will notify you and issue a refund within 5–10 business days.

COD Orders:
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer, and the customer must provide valid bank details.

Shipping Fees:
Non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item).

Delivery Refusal:
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, delivery charges may be deducted from future refunds or re-shipment.
